Tucked inside Four Seasons on Al Maryah Island, the spa feels worlds away from the city outside. The lobby downstairs hums with business meetings, polished shoes and people rushing between lunches. Upstairs, everything slows down.

The Treatment
I booked the Pearl Bespoke Massage, a 60-minute treatment that allows therapists to customise the experience according to your preferences and pressure needs. It combines oils and massage techniques from the spa’s UAE collection, creating something that feels less routine and more intuitive.
From the beginning, the therapist worked with calm confidence, adjusting pressure where needed and instinctively finding tension spots without me needing to explain much at all. It never felt mechanical. Every movement felt considered. The standout detail, surprisingly, was the scent. The spa carries a signature fragrance that lingers gently throughout the experience and somehow becomes part of the memory of the treatment itself. Even after the massage ended, that smell stayed with me.
I also experienced the HydraFacial Deluxe, a 45-minute facial designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin while targeting specific concerns with a booster treatment. Unlike harsher facials that leave your skin feeling tight or irritated afterwards, this one felt cooling, calming and deeply nourishing. There is something very satisfying about treatments that deliver visible results without turning your face bright red afterwards.
