While Dubai dials down during the summer season – saying goodbye to open-air concerts and high-energy beach parties, the city’s nightlife scene doesn’t stop all together.

If you’re looking for a big night – or day – out in Dubai this summer, these are the places to go.

Ladies’ night

Bar Du Port

The details: Wednesdays at Bar Du Port are made for exactly this: harbour views, your favourite girls, and an evening that doesn’t ask you to choose between catching up and indulging. The details: Saturdays belong to “She Is With Us” at CÉ LA VI, where the resident DJ, skyline views and electric crowd make for one of the city’s most reliable girls’ nights out. Bar tables aren’t guaranteed, so get there with intention if you want a spot to plant yourselves for the night.

Canary Club

The details: Hola Chicas at Canary Club is built for exactly the energy its name suggests, an award-winning resident DJ, a crowd ready to dance, and ladies’ drinks on the house. Free-flow grape and signature cocktails are poured at the bar from 7pm with no charge to the women in the room, making this one of the more generous ladies’ nights on the calendar. Booking a table comes with a minimum F&B spend of Dhs225 per lady and Dhs350 per gentleman, so decide upfront whether you’re working the bar or settling in at a table.

The Theatre

The details: Dubai’s original party brunch is back for a new era at The Theater Dubai, bigger venue, same unforgettable energy that’s earned it 29 awards and nominations over seven years. Expect a full sharing-style spread, grill platter or vegetarian alternative, building toward sunset as the DJ lineup (think Skinny Loop, Devon Kosoko, Moky) takes the room from easy Saturday afternoon to dancefloor-doesn’t-stop territory. The details: Brunch Society at The Guild has earned its place as one of DIFC’s most reliably good Saturdays, and there are now three ways to catch it. The First Seating starts at noon with an hour of complimentary pre-brunch drinks and bites before the main event takes over from 1pm, blending live stations with the kind of energy that builds steadily through the afternoon. Prefer your brunch later? The current production, DREAM Forever Iconic, brings together some of the stage’s most celebrated performances, with America’s Got Talent All-Stars winner Aidan Bryant now part of the cast. A refined Mediterranean menu runs alongside the spectacle, and once the final act wraps, the room flips into an after-party that runs until 3am.

Aretha

The details: Aretha, found at St Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah, is Dubai’s love letter to the golden era of soul, Motown and disco. A live band and vocalists work the room from a central stage with a grand white piano, while a rose gold bar and disco ball keep the Art Deco glamour going all night. The menu matches the occasion: Dover sole meunière, wagyu beef Rossini, grilled rock lobster, plus caviar and oysters for those leaning into the full theatre of it.

Paris Paradis

The details: Paris Paradis brings Paradis Latin, the world’s oldest cabaret, outside France for the first time in over two centuries. Inside Taj Dubai’s Art Deco interiors, Love by Paradis unfolds over two and a half hours: more than 20 singers, dancers and aerial artists in couture costumes by On Aura Tout Vu, choreographed by Kamel Ouali. Mediterranean flavours masterminded by Chef Zouhair Bouhlal are served in step with the performance. The Grand Beau Bar keeps the night going with DJs until 3am.

Billionaire

The details: Flavio Briatore’s Billionaire has relaunched 61 floors above Downtown Dubai at the Mandarin Oriental, and the new altitude suits it. The fresh production, Up in the Sky, blends dance, light and movement under artistic director Irma di Paola, while Chef Batuhan Piatti’s Italian and Japanese menu keeps pace with the spectacle. Expect the brand’s signature mix of polish and excess: think hot-air-balloon-themed entrances, red carpet hallways, and a party that properly kicks off around 10pm.

Clubs

Soho Garden

The ultimate Dubai clubbing experience, Soho Garden’s roster of outdoor concepts might be closed for summer, but they keep the beats loud and the energy high at several indoor clubs-within-the-club. Open from Thursday to Sunday, the long weekend opens and closes with events at Playroom, while Friday nights Code is the place to, and Saturdays are all about Hive. A roster of international and locally renowned DJs headline, so check their Instagram ahead of time for who’s playing when, and where. Most events at Playroom come with free entry for ladies and couples before midnight, as well as a free bar for ladies until 1am.

LITT

The details: LITT goes seven nights a week this summer, settling into Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab as the bar club’s own discreet world within the larger KIRA experience. Mondays and Tuesdays keep things relaxed, with expert mixology and a carefully curated soundtrack built for conversation, before the tempo climbs through the week into something more electric. Signature cocktails and curated small plates run alongside the resident DJ, whose set evolves with the room as the night deepens into its moodier, late-night register.
