Dreaming of flying first class with Emirates? Here is everything that you get in the thousand dollar fare
For many of us, flying first class will only ever be a dream (*cries), however we found that looking at everything you get included really helps as we manifest it. From caviar, to top champagne, to showers and chauffers, we’ve compiled a list of everything you get included in the air fare that will set you back thousands of dollars. Is it worth it? On-the-ground services
In Emirates first class there are various services you receive while never having set foot in the plane. Here’s what’s included:
- Home check-in if you live in Dubai
- Chauffeur-drive service to and from selected airports
- Concierge service at the kerb side in Dubai International Airport.
- Emirates strollers available for young children
- Dedicated first-class check-in
- Access to first-class lounges around the world
Emirates first-class lounges
The Emirates first-class lounges are something to be dreamed of, and there are actually 34 of them around the world. There are three in Dubai Airport Terminal 3, exclusively for first class passengers and the amenities are next-level. The lounges feature:
- An exclusive spa, and a complimentary treatment for 15 minutes
- Shoeshine
- A la carte and buffet dining
- Children’s area with arcade games
- A private Duty-Free shopping area
- Le Clos Wine Cellar
Emirates first-class seating
The first-class seating is different for both planes in Emirates’ fleet however the offering s primarily the same on both the A380 and 777. They both have private suites that range from 82 to 84 inches long with complete privacy and a seat that reclines to a bed. Private suites in the middle have virtual windows so you won’t miss on that beautiful view of the skies, and if you have a window seat you’ll receive binoculars to check it out in more detail.

- Built-in illuminated vanity mirror

There are also two shower spas for the use of first-class customers with a shower, heated flooring, hairdryer, vanity unit, changing area and a basket of cosmetics.
Dining in first class
The food and beverage options in first class are second-to-none, and Emirates are the only airline in the world to offer Dom Perignon champagne to first-class customers. The meals are a la carte multi course and you can order at any time during the flight. Food is served on a linen tablecloth, the finest Royal Doulton china, with exclusive Robert Welch
cutlery.
- Champagne can be paired with fine caviar and seven accompaniments including melba toast, blinis, egg, chives, white onions and more
- Movie snack menu includes Wagyu sliders, lobster rolls, popcorn and edamame
- a selection of luxury chocolates, pralines, dates, and sweets and customers can take away their favourites in a mini box if desired
Amenities
- Headphones for use in the plane are premium Bowers & Wilkins E1 headphones which were created exclusively for Emirates and made of sheepskin leather
- Customers offered soft mattresses, pillows and cotton-lined duvets including a faux sheep-skin blanket
- Hydra Active moisturising pyjamas with matching slippers and eye mask
- Designer amenity kits from Bulgari with essential items like haribrush, mirror, dental kit, and Bulgari fragrances and lotions
