For your next ‘Only in Dubai’ moment, Wet Black Burger is Dubai’s self-proclaimed first AI-designed burger restaurant, and it does things, a little differently. The Gorilla Black Burger (Dhs55) features double smash patties on a black brioche bun dunked in melted cheddar (yes, really!) and caramelised crispy onions, while the Unstoppable Burger (Dhs69) boasts a 180g Wagyu patty, caramelised onion and mushroom sauce, and cheddar on brioche. Following its huge success at Marsa Boulevard, Supernova Burger, London’s cult burger favourite has just opened a permanent spot in Dubai with a dedicated Supernova truck at Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children. The concept has built a loyal fanbase abroad for doing one thing exceptionally well: stripped-back, high-quality burgers without gimmicks.
